Hal Schillinger, Stormwater Consultant for Contech Engineered Solutions, has worked in the stormwater drainange and water quality industry for 20 years. Hal oversees engineering design support for firms in San Bernardino and Kern counties and has worked on many projects, including the residential, commercial, and industrial markets. He helps developers, engineering firms, and contractors meet the local stormwater treatment regulations along with project site constraints, budget limits, and construction timelines. Hal served as an officer in the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps with range of duties including public works, construction contracting, and the Seabees.
