PREW2 NEW CHALLENGES IN STORMWATER

This workshop will provide a focused look at present and emerging stormwater issues. Speakers will help you explore the requirements of the Industrial General Permit. We'll dive into the MS4 Permit requirements for co-permittees encompassing an entire metropolitan area.

In the afternoon portion of the workshop, we'll look at strategies for trash control and Part 1 Trash Provisions of the Water Quality Control Plan collectively known as “the Trash Amendments” for Estuaries of California, Enclosed Bays, and Inland Surface Waters.

We'll also do an examination of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan or SWPPP and the responsibilities of an industry under a SWPPP.
