REGISTRATION

What if I register for AC23 Conference and Expo but am later unable to participate, can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, please contact our Member Services team to transfer your registration, by phone 510-382-7800 option 4 or via email MemberServices@cwea.org. Substitutions can be done at any time before the conference begins.

What is the AC23 refund policy?

Written cancellation notice is required and must be received at least 30 days prior to the conference date. A 25% service fee shall be retained on all cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the conference. Please consider sending a substitution if you are unable to attend.

How do full-time students register?

Full-time students are eligible for free AC23 registration. This does not include extra fee-based meals, technical tours, and other activities which can be purchased separately. This registration type is not available online since students must provide verification of current enrollment (nine or more units per semester).

Students can submit their registration form via fax 510.382.7810, email to MemberServices@cwea.org, or mail to the CWEA office.

How do I register my spouse or a guest to attend the networking events with me

Spouses/guests can participate in:

Since you must be registered for the conference as an attendee to earn contact hours, spouses/guests are not eligible for contact hours.

To register a spouse/guest use the online registration system or download and submit a registration form.

How do exhibitors order more badges?

Please reference your exhibitor profile where you reserved your booth space for badge allocation and instructions. If you have questions, please contact Nicole Agnone at exhibit@cwea.org.

HEALTH & SAFETY

What is CWEA doing to help keep attendees safe?

The health and safety of everyone attending AC23 are paramount. CWEA will be complying with all San Diego County Health Department, CDPH, and CDC requirements. We're actively monitoring health alerts.

WEBSITE

You can favorite and save sessions and events you would like to attend by logging into the website and creating a profile. Favoriting sessions allows you to also view and manage your schedule from the conference app.

PHOTO CONTEST

CWEA invites all amateur photographers to enter the CWEA Annual Conference Photo Contest. Photos may depict anything related to the clean water profession, with special attention to the conference theme: OneCommunity. OnePurpose. Cash prizes will be awarded to first, second, and third place winners. The contest is open to all CWEA members. Entries will be displayed in the conference gathering areas throughout the conference event.
Judging will be based on originality, educational value, and relevance to the AC23 conference theme:One Community. OnePurpose.
