Masih Bari, PhD, PE, has 18 years of water resources planning and management experience involving interdisciplinary projects that required systemic approaches to water supply and water quality control in the context of environmental concerns, sustainability, and climate change. Prior to joining the industry, Dr. Bari was academically active and published textbooks, numerious scientific articles, and white papers. He has conducted projects in the State of California, across the United States, and internationally. These projects involved incorporation of social science concepts into engineering models, collaboration with and facilitation among decision-makers, regulatory compliance assessment and support, managing and analyzing large datasets, conducting hydrologic and statistical analyses, computer modeling and programming, and using Geographic Information Systems applications.
