Padre Dam Municipal Water District, CA

Seval is the Engineering Manager for the East County Advanced Water Purification Project and a senior District Engineer at Padre Dam Municipal Water District. She received her Master’s degree from San Diego State University and has over 20 years of diverse experience in municipal water, wastewater, potable reuse, recycled water, and infrastructure projects. She is currently leading the progressive design build project to complete the major treatment facilities and potable reuse permitting efforts for the East County AWP Project.
