Mindy Boele currently serves as the Water Quality Manager for the City of Vacaville. She has over 25 years in the water quality field including 17 years experience as a Laboratory Supervisor in Vacaville and for the UC Davis WWTP Lab. Mindy is a member of multiple lab committees throughout the state, currently the past chair of the the State CWEA Lab Committee, a past member of ELTAC, and immediate past president of the Redwood Empire Section.
