Clinton helps utilities navigate the dilemma of infrastructure degradation by implementing asset management strategies. Emphasizing the importance of resolution and coverage during data collection has enabled him to provide successful programmatic solutions for managing asset lifecycles. He leverages project experience from the water, transportation, and power industries, such as traditional engineering design services, condition assessments, risk-based capital improvement planning, asset management program development, and contract administration. Each project, place, and person has provided something new to learn.
