Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with over 40 years of progressive practical experience and expertise in chemistry, microbiology, computers, programming, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), instrumentation, automation, inventive problem solving, R&D, product development, chemical hygiene program, budget, standard operating procedures, teaching, and training. In the past, classification as the Laboratory Director with the California Department of Public Health at the Sierra Foothill Laboratory Inc., El Dorado Irrigation District, and the City of Lompoc, Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program Certificate (ELAP) Numbers 1881 &1064, 2784, 1113A, and 1881A. I am currently the designated Laboratory Director with the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities District under the ELAP Laboratory Certificate Number 2693.
