Mike has over twenty years working in the field of industrial lubrication, operations, and consulting. Starting at HSI in 2001, a national hydraulic service and repair company in Canada, Mike was responsible for managing field service technicians, client projects, and the customer experience team. Through HSI Mike gained valuable on-site experience with respect to industrial lubrication management and field service execution.

Mike joined Trico in April 2005 to manage a field service team focused on performing lubrication program implementation activities and process improvement strategies for clients across many industries.

Today, as the Director of Global Services, Mike supports Trico's professional team of Chemists, Engineers and Project Management specialists in helping clients implement lubrication initiatives aimed at improving asset health and operations.
