Currently under construction, San Diego's North City Pure Water Facility is the first permitted Surface Water Augmentation potable reuse treatment plant in California. Attendees will gain an understanding of the ten construction projects that make up Pure Water Phase 1 and how the City is preparing to operate the facility.
